*Shipping may take longer than usual due to disruptions in the supply chain.
- National deliveries can take up to 4 working days.
- International deliveries can take up to 7 working days, depending on the courier and the country of delivery.
- Overseas deliveries can take up to 21 working days, depending on the courier and the country of delivery.
Fees related to international shipment vary depending on the country of delivery.

Return and Exchange
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded. This should be done within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that items on sales cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place to maintain competitive prices and streamline the purchasing process for all our customers. Feel free to contact us for any clarifications before making a purchase. Your satisfaction remains our priority.
How does it work?

- Reason for return
Your bank details (IBAN-BIC)
2.You send the package back by post.
As soon as we have received your package, we transfer the purchase price of the item(s) within 7 working days (ex. shipment costs).

Our return/Exchange policy only applies to eligible items:
- Item(s) returned within 14 days after reception.
- Item(s) with intact and attached label(s) . If applicable in original undamaged packaging;
- Unworn/ unwashed;
- Shoes without dirt/ traces and in its original box will be considered, a proper shipping box is a must; without adhesive tape, and stickers;
Clothing and shoes must remain intact and have never been worn. Please keep our items in a smoke-free room, away from the kitchen or of pets.
